Elizian Days offers private and workplace wellbeing programmes to support professionals with health challenges and build team resilience.
 

Drawing from my corporate marketing management experience at top global organisations, I offer the same mind, movement and relaxation techniques that enabled me to thrive through my own lived experiences of chronic illness, from diagnosis through treatment and recovery. Together, we will create a personal wellbeing plan tailored to you, offering a choice of mindfulness, breathwork, hypnotherapy, yoga and deep relaxation techniques.
 

Through newsletters, social content and free resources, I share practical tools to help you unwind and relax, reset your focus and gain confidence to step into your potential with renewed energy and vitality.

3. Do you work with organisations and teams? Yes. I provide workplace wellbeing programmes, including my signature “Executive Stress to Strength” journey. These programmes help teams reduce stress, build resilience and reconnect with their values for sustainable performance.
