Who needs an Elizian Day?

With a fast-paced and colourful career as a global TV marketing executive behind me, one day an unexpected and life-changing health challenge forced me to reconsider priorities. So I went in search of some of the best people in the world to help me overcome the obstacles in order to keep working and keep smiling when times were tough.


Training with world class leaders in the fields of hypnotherapy and yoga, I combine the best of these techniques in harmony to offer holistic packages that are built around your needs and personalised to you. Thriving through difficult times means putting your self-care first, looking after your mental and emotional wellbeing, keeping active and balancing that with quality rest.
