Elizian Days offers personalised wellbeing support for individuals and workplaces navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, chronic illness, recovery and life’s challenges.
Through hypnotherapy, yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and deeply restorative relaxation practices, I help clients calm the nervous system, build emotional resilience and reconnect with themselves in a gentler, more sustainable way.
My approach is shaped not only by professional experience in corporate leadership and workplace wellbeing, but also by my own lived experience of navigating illness, treatment and recovery. The tools I now share are the same practices that helped me slow down, restore balance and begin feeling like myself again.
