Hello, I'm Liza. Give me 6 weeks and I will help you to reset your mind and body,  so you can be your best at work and still prioritise your health and wellbeing.

Working long hours in a high profile corporate career without investing in your self-care and living with stress is a big price to pay. I know because I've been there and had to bounce back from a health scare that changed my life. 


This programme combines my lived managerial experience with mindfulness, evidence based  hypnotic relaxation and traditional yoga techniques. I'll give you the tools to melt away tension, welcome relaxation and set up your confidence to shine  brightly - even when the  dark days start drawing in.
