This programme combines my lived managerial experience with mindfulness, evidence based hypnotic relaxation and traditional yoga techniques. I'll give you the tools to melt away tension, welcome relaxation and set up your confidence to shine brightly - even when the dark days start drawing in.

Choose a personal goal or issue you would like to work on and I will work with you to carefully curate a 6-week plan that will change your life. So you can let go of stress and step into your own power.
Consultation
In-depth intake conversation on the issue you wish to work on. Then I will create your own bespoke plan.
Personal recording
I will create a special audio self-hypnosis recording just for you so that you can practise at any time.
6 personal sessions
A course of 6 x 60-minute hypnotherapy or private yoga sessions. Take your choice or combine both together.
